PRAXA LABS · ON-PREMISE · INDIA

Your operating theatres already record the truth.
Praxa reads it.

Praxa turns the video your operating theatres already record into structured, verified data: phase-by-phase timings, instrument use and outcomes across every case. It runs on your own servers. Nothing leaves the hospital.

The OR is the most expensive room in the hospital, and the least measured.

Schedules record when a case was booked. Notes record what the surgeon remembers. Neither says how long dissection actually took, which instruments were opened and unused, or why one theatre runs 40 minutes behind another on the same procedure.

The video exists. It is recorded on almost every laparoscopic case and then deleted or archived unseen.

HOW IT WORKS

Video in. Verified data out.

01Connect

Praxa pulls recordings from your existing laparoscopic towers or PACS. No new cameras, no change to the surgical workflow.

02Analyse

Models segment each case into surgical phases, detect instruments frame by frame, and flag events of interest. All compute stays on-site.

03Verify

Low-confidence segments are routed to a clinical reviewer before they enter the record. Every number carries its confidence and its reviewer.

04Report

Structured case records, department dashboards and exports to your HIS, claims workflow or spreadsheet.

WHAT YOU GET

One record of the case. Three teams that finally agree on it.

OT LEADERSTurnover and utilisation from real timings
  • Phase durations per case, surgeon, theatre
  • Where the variance is, and whether it is clinical or logistical
  • Instrument trays opened vs instruments actually used
SURGEONSYour cases, side by side with your own history
  • Indexed video: jump to any phase in any case
  • Trend lines on critical-view timing and technique
  • Private by default. You choose what the department sees
CLAIMS & BILLINGEvidence attached to every claim
  • Timestamped proof of procedure, duration and consumables
  • Fewer queries from insurers and TPAs
  • Exports in the format your claims team already uses
SAMPLE CASE REPORT

What one case looks like when it is data.

A de-identified laparoscopic cholecystectomy, processed end to end. Phases, instruments, events, reviewer sign-off. This is the record your pilot will produce for every case.

PILOT

Send us 20 cases. We send back 20 records.

A pilot runs on your existing laparoscopic recordings, on hardware we bring, inside your hospital. Four weeks from first video to a department report you can act on.
